  • Ego States Ritualic Constellation

In 2024, I completed the training in transactional analysis, the field of psychotherapy, under the guidance of Cezera Dașu, an extremely well-known and appreciated Romanian psychotherapist. The place of facilitation that I assume is that of deep respect for the soul and the Consciousness of the Great Whole, but without omitting respect for the human mind. In Transactional Analysis, each person is considered to have three distinct ego states, each with specific roles and functions in our daily interactions. These are: 1. Parent status - Description: It is divided into two subcategories: Critical Parent and Caring Parent. - Critical Parent: Evaluates, criticizes and imposes rules. It can provide structure and discipline, but it can also be rigid or authoritarian. - Caring Parent: Provides support, protection and care. It is empathetic and protective, but can become overprotective or suffocating. - Functions: Transmits norms and values learned from the past, provides guidance and protection. 2. Adulthood (Adult) - Description: Represents the rational and objective part of the personality. It relies on data and facts to make informed decisions. - Functions: Evaluates present situations logically and realistically, processes information and makes effective decisions. It is the balance between the Parent Self and the Child Self. 3. The State of I Child (Child) - Description: It is divided into two subcategories: Free Child and Adapted Child. - Free Child: Spontaneous, creative and playful. It represents genuine wants and needs. - Adapted Child: Responds to the expectations and demands of others. It can be conformist or rebellious depending on the context. - Functions: Expresses emotions and desires, provides creativity and spontaneity. It can indicate both genuine joy and emotional reactivity to stimuli. These functional Self states play a critical role in how we interact with others and manage our own emotions and behaviors. Understanding and balancing these states helps us live more harmonious lives and have healthier and more effective relationships. Discover deep healing with Family Constellation Facilitator / Soul Influencer Nick Avătăji and explore the hidden symmetry of love. Love is a click away! The program is exclusively online*, intended only for Romanians everywhere and English or Italian speakers. Price is per hour. *The service is NOT addressed to Romanians in Romania.

  • What are Family Constellations briefly?

Exploring Family Constellations: A Path to Healing and Understanding Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the 1990s. This method delves into the hidden dynamics and patterns within a family system that may influence an individual's life, often unconsciously. By bringing these patterns to light, Family Constellations aims to resolve conflicts, heal emotional wounds, and restore harmony within the family unit.  What Are Family Constellations? Family Constellations is a form of group therapy, though it can also be conducted in one-on-one sessions. The process involves participants (either members of the group or symbolic representatives in a private session) standing in for family members or significant figures in the individual's life. These representatives intuitively adopt the feelings and behaviours of the person they represent, often revealing hidden dynamics and unresolved issues within the family system.  The Role of the Facilitator A trained facilitator guides the Family Constellations process. They help the individual, known as the "seeker," identify a specific issue or question they want to explore. The facilitator then selects representatives and places them in the room according to the seeker’s inner image of their family dynamics. Through this setup, the facilitator helps uncover and address underlying patterns and disturbances.  Uncovering Hidden Dynamics Family Constellations operates on the premise that many personal issues, such as relationship problems, mental health issues, or even physical ailments, may stem from unresolved family dynamics. These can include: - Entanglements: Unconscious bonds where individuals carry the burdens, emotions, or fates of other family members. - Exclusions: Family members who have been forgotten, shunned, or excluded may impact the system in unseen ways. - Transgenerational Trauma: Traumatic events from previous generations that continue to affect current family members.  The Healing Process Once these hidden dynamics are brought to light, the facilitator guides the process toward resolution. This might involve symbolic gestures, such as representatives exchanging places or acknowledging unspoken truths. The goal is to find a new, more harmonious order within the family system, allowing the seeker to release old patterns and move forward with greater understanding and peace.  Benefits of Family Constellations Family Constellations can offer profound insights and benefits, including: - Enhanced Self-Awareness: Understanding the root causes of personal issues within the family context. - Emotional Healing: Addressing and resolving deep-seated emotional pain and trauma. - Improved Relationships: Restoring balance and harmony in familial and interpersonal relationships. - Personal Empowerment: Gaining clarity and empowerment to make positive changes in one’s life.  Applying Family Constellations in Daily Life While the insights gained from Family Constellations can be profound, it’s essential to integrate these learnings into daily life. This might involve: - Reflecting on family dynamics and how they influence current behaviours and relationships. - Engaging in open and honest communication with family members. - Seeking further therapeutic support to continue the healing journey.  Conclusion Family Constellations is a powerful therapeutic tool that helps uncover and heal hidden family dynamics affecting an individual’s life. By bringing these patterns to light and working towards resolution, individuals can experience profound emotional healing and personal growth. Whether you are struggling with personal issues or seeking to understand your family better, Family Constellations offers a unique and transformative path to healing and understanding.

  • Is it growing in love or just falling in love?

Recognizing the difference between falling in love and growing in love involves understanding the distinct characteristics and experiences associated with each phase. Here's a breakdown to help differentiate the two: Falling in Love 1. Intense Emotions: Falling in love often involves a surge of intense emotions, including excitement, euphoria, and passion. This phase can feel exhilarating and overwhelming. 2. Infatuation: There is often a focus on idealizing the other person. Flaws may be overlooked, and the partner is seen through rose-colored glasses. 3. Physical Attraction: Strong physical attraction and desire are common. There may be a heightened focus on physical appearance and chemistry. 4. Rapid Development: Feelings and the relationship may develop quickly. There is a sense of urgency and a desire to spend as much time together as possible. 5. Novelty and Discovery: The relationship is filled with new experiences and discoveries about each other. Everything feels fresh and exciting. 6. Uncertainty: There can be a lot of uncertainty and anxiety about the future and where the relationship is heading. Doubts and insecurities may surface frequently. Growing in Love 1. Deepening Connection: Growing in love involves a deepening emotional connection and a strong sense of intimacy. The relationship is built on understanding and trust. 2. Acceptance: Partners accept each other’s flaws and imperfections. There is a realistic view of the other person, and love grows despite and because of these flaws. 3. Emotional Bond: While physical attraction remains, the emotional bond becomes stronger and more significant. There is a focus on emotional compatibility and support. 4. Steady Development: The relationship develops at a steady pace. There is patience and a sense of stability and security in the relationship. 5. Shared Experiences: The relationship is enriched by shared experiences and memories. Partners work together to build a life and face challenges as a team. 6. Commitment and Stability: There is a strong sense of commitment and a clear vision of the future together. The relationship is characterized by loyalty, trust, and a mutual desire to support each other’s growth and happiness. Key Differences - Intensity vs. Depth: Falling in love is often characterized by intense, passionate emotions, while growing in love is marked by a deep, enduring connection. - Idealization vs. Acceptance: In falling in love, there is a tendency to idealize the partner, whereas in growing in love, there is acceptance of each other’s true selves. - Rapid vs. Steady Development: Falling in love can happen quickly and intensely, while growing in love takes time and develops gradually. - Physical vs. Emotional Focus: Falling in love often emphasizes physical attraction, whereas growing in love places greater importance on emotional bonding and support. - Uncertainty vs. Security: Falling in love can be filled with uncertainties and doubts, while growing in love brings a sense of security and stability. Understanding these differences can help individuals navigate their relationships more effectively, recognizing that both falling in love and growing in love are valuable experiences that contribute to the overall journey of love.

  • How does transactional analysis heal?

Understanding Ego States in Transactional Analysis Transactional Analysis (TA), developed by Dr. Eric Berne in the 1950s, offers a robust framework for understanding human behaviour, communication, and personality. At the heart of TA is the concept of "ego states," which are consistent patterns of feeling and experience directly related to a corresponding consistent pattern of behaviour. Essentially, ego states are the building blocks of our personality and help us understand how we interact with others and ourselves. There are three primary ego states: Parent, Adult, and Child. Let's explore these in detail.  The Parent Ego State The Parent ego state encompasses the attitudes, thoughts, and behaviours we adopt from our caregivers and authority figures during our early years. This state can be divided into two categories: 1. Nurturing Parent: This part of the Parent ego state is caring, supportive, and encouraging. It mirrors the positive and nurturing behaviours we observed and internalized from our caregivers. 2. Critical Parent: This aspect is more controlling, evaluative, and can be punitive. It reflects the rules, criticisms, and moral judgments we absorbed from authority figures. The Parent ego state is crucial because it often dictates how we set boundaries, provide structure, and offer support in our relationships.  The Adult Ego State The Adult ego state represents our ability to think and respond objectively to the present moment. It is characterized by rational thinking, data processing, and problem-solving. The Adult ego state operates like a computer, assessing the here and now, devoid of the emotional influences of the Parent and Child states. This state is vital for making balanced decisions, managing emotions, and interacting with others in a grounded and realistic manner. The Adult ego state helps us navigate life effectively by analysing information, making informed decisions, and responding appropriately to different situations.  The Child Ego State The Child ego state is the repository of our feelings, impulses, and early experiences. It can be divided into two categories: 1. Free Child: This part of the Child ego state is spontaneous, creative, and playful. It represents our natural childlike joy and curiosity. 2. Adapted Child: This aspect is more compliant or rebellious, shaped by how we learned to adapt to the expectations and rules of authority figures during childhood. The Child ego state is significant because it contains our emotional responses and creativity. It can also hold unresolved issues from our past that influence our present behavior.  Interplay of Ego States Understanding these ego states helps us become more aware of our interactions and relationships. For instance, conflicts often arise when one person's Critical Parent interacts with another's Adapted Child, leading to misunderstandings and power struggles. Conversely, effective communication often occurs between two Adult ego states, where rational and respectful exchanges happen. By recognizing which ego state we are operating from, we can choose more appropriate responses and improve our interactions. This awareness can lead to healthier relationships, better self-understanding, and personal growth.  Applying Ego States in Daily Life To apply the concept of ego states in daily life, start by observing your own reactions and behaviours. Ask yourself: - Am I reacting from my Parent, Adult, or Child state? - Is my response nurturing, critical, rational, or emotional? - How can I engage my Adult state to address the situation more effectively? Through this introspection, you can begin to shift towards more balanced and constructive interactions, enhancing both your personal and professional relationships. Understanding and leveraging the three ego states of Transactional Analysis can lead to profound personal insights and more meaningful connections with others. By integrating this knowledge, you can foster a more harmonious and authentic way of living.

Rights of the data subject under the new Regulation - The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;- Dreptul de a fi informat cu privire la prelucrarea datelor; - Right of access to data; - Right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; - Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); - Right to restrict processing; - Right to data portability to another controller; - Right to object to data processing; - Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling; - Right to seek redress; - Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority. Right to information: • This allows data subjects to know, even at the time of collection (or within one month of acquiring the data, in the case of data collected indirectly from the data subject), how the data will be used, to whom they will be disclosed or transferred, what rights the individuals have regarding the processed data, etc. Right of access to data: • Art. 15 of the GDPR allows data subjects to obtain, from the controller, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, access to that data and other useful information (Art. 15 of the GDPR contains a list of such useful information, including the purposes of processing, categories of data processed, recipients, etc.). • As a result of the right of access, the data subject will receive personalized information (see the content of the information, as presented in a following chapter), explaining what data are processed, for what purpose, on what legal basis, the retention period of those data, to whom they can be transferred and for what purpose, mentioning the rights of the data subject regarding those data, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if the individual is not satisfied with how this response is formulated, etc. • In addition to this information about the processed data, the data subject has the right to obtain a copy of the data in question. While the above information discusses categories of data (e.g., email address, name, etc.), in the case of data copies, the actual data will be provided. - Right to erasure: • Article 17 of the GDPR allows data subjects to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay. The first thing an operator should do when receiving such a deletion request is to check whether it falls under one of the exceptions provided by Article 17(3) of the GDPR, which allows or obliges them to retain the data, even in the case of a deletion request, namely: The right to erasure does not apply if the processing is necessary: (a) for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information; (b) for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller; (c) for reasons of public interest in the area of public health, in accordance with Article 9(2)(h) and (i) - preventive medicine or the provision of healthcare services, and Article 9(3) – processing under the obligation of professional secrecy; (d) for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89(1), to the extent that the right referred to in paragraph 1 is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the objectives of that processing; or (e) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. - Right to rectification of data: • According to Article 16 of the GDPR: the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the rectification or completion of inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. - Right to restriction of data: • Article 18 of the GDPR: the right to restriction of data processing is a temporary right. In some situations, between the time when, for example, the controller decides to delete certain data (no longer needing the personal data for the purpose of processing) and the actual deletion of the data, the data subject makes a request opposing the deletion, stating that they require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. As a result of such a request, the controller suspends the processing of the data for a certain period. • Upon lifting the restriction on processing, the Controller must inform the data subject that the restriction has been lifted. - Right to data portability: • Article 20 of the GDPR. The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided. In other words, personal data must be provided to the data subject in a structured format so that they can decide whether to download it or, conversely, to send it to another controller. • This right applies only to data processed under a contract or the data subject's consent, and (cumulatively) when the processing is carried out by automated means. • The right to data portability applies both to data directly provided by the data subject. Data derived or inferred, commonly referred to as conclusions drawn by operators (usually based on profiling operations), are excluded from portability. - Right to object: • Article 21 of the GDPR. The data subject has the right to object, for example, to the processing of their personal data, when such processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes. It is very important that, when there is processing that could give rise to this right for the data subject, the information should mention the existence of this right. - Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing: • Profiling occurs when your personal aspects are evaluated to make predictions about you, even if no decision is taken. • Exclusive automated decision-making occurs when decisions about you are made using technological means and without any human involvement: these decisions can even be made without profiling. • Data protection law establishes that you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated means if the decision produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. A decision produces legal effects when it impacts your legal rights (such as the right to vote). In addition, processing may significantly affect you if it influences your circumstances, behavior, or choices. Decisions based on algorithms cannot use special categories of data unless you have given your consent or if processing is permitted by EU law or national law. The right to access means that you have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether we are processing your data or not, and if so, to provide you access to this data as well as information about how it is processed. The right to portability refers to the fact that you can receive personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and have the right to transmit this data directly to another controller. The right to object concerns the right to object to the processing of personal data when it serves a public interest or a legitimate interest of ours. The right to rectification refers to the correction without undue delay of inaccurate personal data. The right to erasure/the right to be forgotten means that you have the right to have your collected data erased without undue delay in any of the following situations: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing, you object to processing, the data has been collected unlawfully, the data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation, the collection was made in the context of offering information society services. The right to restrict processing can be exercised if the accuracy of the data is contested for a certain period, sufficient for verifying the data, if processing is unlawful but deletion is not desired, only restriction, if the lawyer no longer needs the personal data for processing but you request it for the defense of a right in court, if you have objected to processing for the time period during which it is being verified whether legitimate rights prevail over yours. Right to object: • Art. 21 GDPR. The data subject has the right to object, for example, to the processing of their personal data, especially when such processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes. It is very important that, when there are processing activities that could give rise to this right for the data subject, the existence of this right should be mentioned in the information provided. Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing: • Profiling occurs when your personal aspects are evaluated to make predictions about you, even if no decision is made. • Fully automated decision-making occurs when decisions about you are made through technological means without any human involvement; these decisions can even be made without profiling. • Data protection law establishes that you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated means if the decision produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. A decision produces legal effects when it impacts your legal rights (such as the right to vote). Additionally, processing can significantly affect you if it influences your circumstances, behavior, or choices. Decisions based on algorithms cannot use special categories of data unless you have given explicit consent or unless processing is permitted by EU law or national law. The right of access means that you have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we are processing your data, and if we are, to access that data and information on how it is processed. The right to data portability refers to your ability to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have it transmitted directly to another controller. The right to object concerns your right to object to the processing of your personal data when it serves a public interest or our legitimate interest. The right to rectification refers to the correction without undue delay of inaccurate personal data. The right to erasure/right to be forgotten means that you have the right to have your data erased without undue delay in any of the following situations: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, you have withdrawn consent, and there is no other legal basis for processing; you object to the processing; the data was collected unlawfully; the data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation; the data was collected in relation to the offer of information society services. The right to restriction of processing can be exercised if the accuracy of the data is contested for a certain period, sufficient for the verification of the data; if the processing is unlawful but erasure is not desired, only restriction; if the lawyer no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; if you have objected to the processing for the period of time while it is verified whether legitimate grounds override your rights. • Despre | Nick Avataji

Nick Avă tă ji Constellation work makes us belong, but from presence. Once a truth is known, it remains with us (which does not mean that we will not be able to disregard it, but with the related cost). You cannot unlearn what you have already become aware of, but you can only choose to continue that action, at the cost of authenticity. Not belonging was always a difficulty that burdened me, and the training, just like in the case of the note put in the clay pot (exercise from the training as a facilitator of family constellations), gave me permission to belong, as I am, the real me. Without the guilt, I can be Nick. I think what it got home to me is that in the matter of constellations it's not about focusing the problem, it's about waiting for the truth in the field to divulge the solution. It comes like a magnet to the present facilitator, willing to not know, who puts himself at the service of the client's system, from a place of humility (submission) and deep respect for the destinies of those who, by putting themselves at the service of life, have allowed life to to reach the one sitting on the chair to the right of the facilitator. We don't do it, the field does. We are the present witnesses of the hidden symmetry of love, day by day. And I, NICK, baptized NICOLAE, son of NECULAI and ADRIANEA, grandson of VASILE and ADELEA, and of NECULAI and MARIA, from the families AVÁTĂJI, SAVA, ROTARU and MIREANU, together with ALL MY ANCESTORS, put myself in the service of life and the Consciousness of the Great Whole. (Excerpt from Dissertation Paper No. 2 from Formation in Family Constellations). I am a family constellation facilitator in the training and supervision of the well-known Romanian family constellation facilitator, psychotherapist Laura Ghiță, who, to ensure that we will have a high-level training, also invited Barbara Morgan and Cornelia Nicola Sindhu to provide us with training , and created a co-facilitation framework with other well-known facilitators such as Dragoș Riți. Educational and Professional Path I completed the training in psychotherapy, the method of transactional analysis, under the guidance of Cezera Dașu, an extremely appreciated Romanian psychotherapist. Although I do not practice in Romania as an AT psychotherapist, from September 2024 I am opening an AT practice in the field of Psychotherapy - TA (P) in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Kingdom of Spain, which is why I will work physically only with clients there and online with clients speaking English, Italian or Romanian. Therapy services are not provided in Romania. Fascinated by ritual constellations, I devoted myself to this therapeutic method, discovering the transformative impact it has on people's lives. Early Career and Transformation At the beginning of my career I was a criminal lawyer. As I practiced, I realized that the world was much more complex than what I saw in the courtroom. This revelation led me to explore the unconscious and its healing powers, thus becoming interested in family constellations. Ritual Constellations and Levels of Preparation In my practice I use over 20 ritual constellations, structured on three levels of training: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Each constellation is designed to support the healing process of individuals who choose this form of spiritual therapy. The method is adapted to individual needs, offering a personalized and profound experience. Philosophy and Inspiration I have the utmost respect for the works of Bert Hellinger, Eric Berne, Sigmund Freud and Jesus. Although I abstract from the dogmatic component, I believe that the Bible is true when it is read with an open heart, each individual having the freedom to exclude any element designed to create fear. This open and loving approach is the foundation of my practice. We also respect the soul and the mind and the body. Phenomenological Approach and Working with Emotions As a facilitator, I work strictly phenomenologically, my signature being the specialization in working with emotions. I believe and feel about myself that I am endowed with extremely fine senses in the matter of transference and countertransference, so that I can faithfully reproduce what the person next to me or with whom I work feels, approaching each session with compassion and, I hope, professionalism. Years of training and individual therapy have helped me become a Field Connected Family Constellations Facilitator. Mission and Vision My soul's mission remains something only I know. Along with that I support people who want to in their process of healing and reconnecting with authenticity and love. Through Family Constellations, I create a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore and heal emotional roots and trauma in the family system.
